Read MoreEvery vacation deserves the simple joys of a down day & today is that day. Outside, the trees dance wildly in the wind, while the sun plays hide & seek beneath the swift flowing clouds. Myself, I am curled up with a smile on my face, a warm cup of coffee in hand and later, a warming bowl of risotto to end my day with comfort, laughter & friends.
